
Dr. Devin Seale is a native of Sulphur, LA. He is the son of A. Kent Seale, one of the founding partners of Sulphur Surgical Clinic. Dr. Devin Seale attended Washington and Lee University for his undergraduate education. Dr. Devin Seale earned his medical degree from Tulane School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his General Surgery Residency at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans. He currently lives in Lake Charles with his wife and two children.

Dr. Stephen Castleberry is a board-certified general surgeon. He is a native of Sulphur, LA. He earned his medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in New Orleans. After medical school, he completed his general surgery residency at Scott and White Hospital in Temple, TX. He has been practicing general surgery for over 10 years in Sulphur, where he currently resides with his wife and children.

Dr. Matthew D. Ayo is a board-certified general surgeon. He is a native of Alexandria, LA, and received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University. He earned his medical degree from LSU Health Sciences Center in Shreveport. After medical school, he completed his general surgery residency at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans where, in his final year, he served as chief resident. Dr. Ayo provides a wide range of general surgical procedures, utilizing minimally invasive techniques to minimize scarring and pain. In his time away from the hospital, he enjoys cooking, LSU sports, golf, and all that the great outdoors of Southwest Louisiana has to offer. Dr. Ayo resides in Lake Charles with his wife and daughter.

Rebakah “Becky” Dees is the Clinical Director of Sulphur Surgical Clinic. She holds an associate degree in nursing from Kilgore College and is a Registered Nurse. Becky has been a nurse for nine years with experience in medical surgery in a hospital setting, ambulatory surgery, and office and clinic administration. She lives in Sulphur with her two daughters.
After more than 50 years of dedicated service to the people of Southwest Louisiana, Dr. Walter P. Ledet, Jr. has officially retired from medical practice. Throughout his distinguished career at Sulphur Surgical Clinic and West Calcasieu Cameron Hospital, Dr. Ledet provided exceptional care to generations of families, earning the trust and respect of his patients, colleagues, and community.
His commitment to compassionate care, mentorship, and surgical excellence has left a lasting legacy that will continue to inspire for years to come. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Ledet for his decades of service and wish him all the best as he begins this well-earned next chapter, enjoying time with family, traveling, and embracing new adventures!
